Great villa in a stunning location with lots of natural breezes. Hosts are very welcoming and always answered queries before arriving quickly. Also, they were always available during the stay. Would highly recommend a stay here - fabulous, thank you.

The house is charming, comfortable, and well-appointed, in newly-renovated / like new condition post-hurricanes Irma and Maria. High in the hills with great views of Road Town far below. Heather the owner was extraordinarily helpful with all aspects of our stay, picking us and our gear at the Moorings, helping with restaurant, provisioning and beach recommendations, arranging a rental car and taxi for us, etc. We cannot recommend Harbour Heights more highly!

What a beautiful property with stunning views over Road Town and beyond. We were one of the first guests to stay after hurricane damage and could see the hard work and care that had been taken to restore the property. It was the perfect base for our family of 5 including 2 young children and grandparent to base ourselves in Tortola. We spent many an hour enjoying the pool and views from the different terraces. Heather kindly greeted us in town and led us up the hill to the house. We could not have been happier with the service provided. Many Thanks!

Heather was so very welcoming, and the property has been completely re-done since Irma. We stayed for a night after a week's sailing holiday, and it was just what we needed before facing a day of travel. The views are outstanding, the breeze refreshing, and the furnishings practical and comfortable. Elegant island decor, with very comfortable beds and furnishings. Was just perfect!

The villa is high up in the hills with an incredible view over Road Town and the surrounding area. The rooms are all very comfortable with lots of communal space to relax too. It was really clean when we arrived with plenty of towels etc that you might need. Couldn't fault it for the price and the number of people it could accommodate! The owners were particularly helpful and contactable, and they helped us to arrange a car for our stay with minimal hassle. Definitely need a sturdy car if you rent one! Would definitely stay again!

This place is absolutely incredible. Amazing view and such a great place to wake up to, have as a home base and start off the evening with friends. Heather is extremely helpful during check-in, as we used her guide to check out a lot of Tortola. She was even kind enough to communicate with transport for us and offered to help schedule rides. The place is the perfect spot for a family getaway or for a group of friends on vacation. Loved our time at Mark and Heather's and would highly recommend to anyone.

A little sunshine, warm breezes and exotic garden…sitting by a pool…with a stunning view; for me that equals paradise. So staying at Harbour Heights is just what was needed. The villa has a spacious lay out with some very delightful features, like the reading nook in the living room and the curved doors and archways. I enjoyed the beautiful birdsong at twilight as the cruise ship left heading out to sea, and later loved seeing all the lights come on below lighting up the harbor. Breakfast on the living room verandah, soaking up a little sun was a real treat. The location was so convenient, the grocery store was just down the hill and the Sports Club was a great place for lunch. And I found Heather and Mark to be such terrific hosts, they made this trip so special. Harbour Heights is a very affordable get-away!

Amazing views that show the beauty of Tortola. Very comfortable beds in all rooms and BBQ out on the balcony overlooking Road Town. I found the communication with Heather very efficient and quick to respond to my messages. The house is spacious and has a separate bedroom, bathroom & kitchen downstairs as well. All in all I was very happy with the stay and would like to thank Heather for being such a great host. Take care Heather.

This place is wonderful! A group of friends and I stayed on our way to a sailing trip. This home was spacious and private enough for our group of six. The view from the home is amazing and the proximity to Road Town can't be beat considering it is tucked on the hillside. Heather was amazing through every step of the process. She made excellent recommendations from suggesting we rent a car to how to get through customs first! Her suggestions made our 24hr stay relaxed, fun, and easy. We will definitely stay with Heather and Mark again.

Just have good things to say about the house and the host Heather!! We stayed one week and had a great time visiting different beaches on the island. The house had a great location, close to the town and shopping and also close to beaches. The view over Road Town was spectacular. Heather and her son met up at the ferry and before arriving I got a lot of help and good information via email. We got to know the family and got great guide help on hiking tours during the week, Thanks Joe! The house was big and it was a lot of space even though we were 9 adults and 2 kids. Great kitchen with everything you need! Everything was clean and Heather really made a nice effort with putting schampoo, soap etc in the bathrooms =) So we almost felt like home! Thanks for a wonderful week! //Anna with family from Sweden ps. I have been traveling a lot and this was the best house rented from a owner (airbnb, home away etc) by far!! ds

We live on Tortola but stayed at Mark and Heather's beautiful house when we were between long-term rental homes. We absolutely loved our stay and wish we could live there long-term. The house is in the most amazing location, only minutes away from Road Town and two of the best beaches in the BVI, Cane Garden Bay and Brewers Bay. Located very centrally, nowhere is far to drive by car, making it a fantastic place to explore the BVI from. The view of Road Town from the house is spectacular, particularly at night, and being so high and facing the trade winds, it is really cool. The generator is also a huge benefit. As BVI locals, we know how frustrating the power outages can be. Staying at Heather and Mark's house, we never had to worry. The house is very spacious and, for us, it was perfect for entertaining friends, particularly on the balcony which makes the most of the view. It would be perfect for a large family group. If you are thinking of visiting the BVI, this would make a great base and, in my opinion, is much nicer than any hotel option.
